Indulge in Halloween and autumn-themed cupcakes and cookies at Peggy Porschen on Ebury Street. The cafe’s famously pink facade has been transformed for Halloween with a Bewitched display.
Handcrafted by florist Mathew Dickinson of Dickinson & Doris, the spooky display features a witch on a broomstick, topping a seasonal floral archway interwoven with pink pumpkins, gold skulls and ghosts.
On sale now is Peggy Porschen's Bewitched collection, including seasonal cupcakes: think toffee apple and caramel; blackberry, lemon and spiced pumpkin; and chocolate and toasted hazelnut.
Cosy up with an autumnal drink such as a pumpkin spiced latte, a caramel Spanish latte or a hazelnut hot chocolate with Nutella, whipped cream and hazelnut praline.
Sink your teeth into Halloween cakes at Ole & Steen
Sink your teeth into Ole & Steen's spooky sweet treats, including the Monster Whip (£3.95), the Eye See you Muffin (£3.85) and the Spooky Spider Social (£20.95).
The Monster Whip has a marzipan base topped with blackcurrant marshmallow, dipped in dark chocolate and decorated with candy eyes, while the Eye See you Muffin is a chocolate muffin topped with cream cheese frosting and a chocolate eye.
Perfect for sharing, the Spooky Spider Social is a sinister twist on the Cinnamon social: a braided sweet dough filled with cinnamon paste and custard, topped with spooky web icing and an edible spider.
The Halloween collection is available at all-day Danish bakery Ole & Steen from Tuesday 15 October until 4 November.
